Robertson Ventilation Industries strives to produce quality and quantity in house equipment for its customers. The capability of this comes through our in house manufacturing plant located in Modderfontien, Gauteng.
The plant has the capability to produce any sheet metal work in the form of ducting, plenum, punched out components and bending of these components as well as welding of aluminium and galvanized materials.
The manufacturing plant has many skilled artisans such as 5 Welders 3 of which can weld Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steels, with Mig, Tig and ARC. 1 Sheet metal artisan in our ducting manufacturing section, as well as highly competent machine operators on our punches, benders and cutting machines.
The plant uses on average 4 tons Aluminum & 12 tons Galvanized material each month. On average the plant goes through 100 000 revits a month and has the capacity to produce 110 EuroCo ventilators a week, and 410 EuroCo ventilators a month.
All these resources present the ability to build and fabricate large sheet metal projects designed to meet each customers unique requirements.
